May-June 2026 Fleetguard Giveaway
Participation in the Fleetguard Promotion ("Promotion"), in conjunction with MaxiPARTS is subject to the following terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions"). Information on how to enter the Promotion and win the prize forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter ("Promoter") of the Promotion is Atmus Filtration Technologies (ABN 42 006 332 949), ("Fleetguard") having its principal office at 1 Garden St, Kilsyth VIC 3137. The Promotion is run in conjunction with MaxiPARTS. MaxiPARTS is one of the Australia's leading independent commercial vehicle parts distribution companies and a distributor of Atmus Filtration Technologies products.
The Promotion commences on AEDST on 1st May 2026 and ends for Qualifying Purchases (as defined below) at 3oth June 2026 AEDST ("Purchase Period"). Only entries made during the Promotion Period will be accepted. Both Atmus Filtration Technologies and MaxiPARTS do not accept any responsibility for entries not received during the Purchase Period.
Entry is open to all Australian residents, aged 18 years and over who make a qualifying purchase at a MaxiPARTS branch or online at www.maxiparts.com.au during the Promotional Period. Employees and immediate families of the Promoter and suppliers, providers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
To be eligible to enter the Promotion, you must during the Promotion Period, purchase over $250 of Fleetguard products at any participating MaxiPARTS branch, or online at www.maxiparts.com.au during the Promotional Period. Customers must spend $250 *inc. GST and excludes freight charge. You can enter more than once by making additional Qualifying Purchases during the Promotional Period.
You will be excluded from the Promotion if you are:
a) a major competitor of MaxiPARTS as determined by MaxiPARTS in its absolute discretion; or
b) a director, officer, member of management or an employee (or an immediate family member of such persons) of:
i. MaxiPARTS and its related bodies corporate;
ii. any applicable government agencies (state, federal, and local government); and
iii. the agencies, companies or participating premises associated with this competition
c) Found to be in breach of the terms and conditions which apply to your MaxiPARTS Account or have exceeded your credit limit as agreed by MaxiPARTS (if applicable).
There is Ten prizes to be won:
- Bose QuietComfort Headphones in Black (colour may vary depending on availability)
The Prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
The Winner of the Promotion will be drawn at random on Monday 6th July 2026 at MaxiPARTS by the Promoter, using the electronic system operated by Random Draw at www.randomdraws.com.au.
The draw will take place on Monday 6th July 2026. The first eligible winner drawn will be notified by email and phone following the draw (within 24 hours).
If the Winner holds a corporate MaxiPARTS Account Customer, the Prize will be awarded to the company named as the account holder in the MaxiPARTS accounts system, not the individual who made the relevant purchase/s. The Winner in this situation may, in its sole discretion, nominate an individual to receive the Prize by providing MaxiPARTS with written notice of the nomination signed by an authorised representative of the Winner.
The Winner accepts the Prize at their own risk. Subject to any applicable law which cannot be excluded, Atmus Filtration Technologies, MaxiPARTS and their related bodies corporate are not liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss or loss arising from negligence) arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with the Promotion or the Prize.
Atmus Filtration Technologies, MaxiPARTS and their related bodies corporate make no warranties and accept no liability in relation to the Prize.
All entries become the property of MaxiPARTS. The information from the entries is being collected by MaxiPARTS to enable it
to contact the potential winner and/or may be entered into a database. By entering the Promotion, you consent to MaxiPARTS using your personal details for an indefinite period (unless consent is later retracted) for future marketing purposes unless otherwise advised by the entrant upon entry. MaxiPARTS will only use the Winner's personal details for future marketing purposes relating to Maxi PARTS.
You consent to Atmus Filtration Technologies and MaxiPARTS using your name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event you are the Winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same)
in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting the Promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by Atmus Filtration Technologies and MaxiPARTS.
All references to $ are to Australian Dollars.
Atmus Filtration Technologies and MaxiPARTS do not exclude any rights and remedies in respect of goods or services under the Australian Consumer Law in the Competition and Consumer Act (2010) (Australian Consumer Law) which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified.
